Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we do with the information you send us through this website. It is written plainly on purpose. Last updated August 2026.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — phone number, clinic name, and the message you write. We also record the date and time of the submission and which form it came from. We do not collect patient information through this website, and you should never send patient health information through our forms.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to contact you about your inquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal for your clinic. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit request.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a managed Postgres database provided by Supabase, hosted in a Canadian region where that region is available for our project. Access is restricted to Ingeneis personnel who need it to respond to you. Scheduling requests made through our Calendly booking widget are handled by Calendly under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. After that they are deleted. If we begin a client relationship, related records are retained under the terms of that engagement instead.
How to request deletion
Email info@ingeneis.ca with the subject line "Delete my information" from the address you contacted us with, or call 780-229-4609. We will confirm and delete your record within 30 days. You may also ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
